Who processes your data

What we collect and why

Only what you type into a form on this site:

• City notification: your email and the city you ask for, so we can write when that edition exists.
• Creator application: name, email, your handle, your city and a link to your work, to assess the application and reply.
• Video submission: the same, plus the link to the video, for the editorial team to review.
• Buying a guide: your email and, for print, a shipping address. Payment is processed by Stripe: your card details never pass through us.
• discoolver 360 demo: the professional contact details you leave in the form, so we can call you.

Cookies

None. No analytics, no advertising, no tracking, no profiling, no automated decisions. The detail is in the cookie policy.

Legal basis

Your consent when you submit the form; performance of the contract when you buy a guide; and our legitimate interest in replying to an application you sent us. You can withdraw consent at any time by writing to us.

How long

City notifications, until that edition ships or you ask to be removed. Applications, while the collaboration is alive or until you ask us to delete them. Purchase data, for as long as tax and accounting law requires.

Who we share it with

Nobody who isn't needed to make this work: the provider hosting the site, the one delivering form emails, and Stripe to take payment. We don't sell or hand your data to third parties.

Your rights

You can access, correct, delete, object, restrict processing and take your data with you. Write to hola@discoolver.com and we'll sort it. If something doesn't add up, you can complain to the Spanish data protection authority (aepd.es).

Creator content

When we publish a guide signed by a creator, their content stays theirs: they grant us a non-exclusive licence to edit and publish it within that guide, and the terms are agreed in writing beforehand.
