discoolver 360 · B2B platform for tourism

Sell the destination. Understand the visitor. Keep the data.

discoolver 360 is the all-in-one SaaS platform for destinations, accommodation and agencies that want to digitize, personalize and monetize the traveler experience without building technology of their own. Seven modules, contracted separately, running on the website you already have.

It plugs into your current website or deploys as a new platform. No development of your own. No app the visitor is forced to download.

Deployed in Ronda: more than 200 local businesses integrated, interactive kiosks, QR signage and eight points of sale, under an active contract since 2022. Part of SEGITTUR and of the DTI Smart Tourism Destinations network, accelerated at Costa del Sol Tourism Hub, present at FITUR, and Hospitality Award 2021 for Plan My Trip at the Digital Enterprise Show.

Why discoolver 360

Three things you will not find in a generic platform

01

Frictionless integration

The modules sit on top of the website you already have, or deploy as a new platform. No development on your side, no migrating your website, and no app the visitor has to download in order to buy.

02

The data belongs to the destination

What the visitor searches for, what they buy, when and in which area. Your own dashboard and reports, to decide with real traveler data and to justify the spend to whoever signs it off — not an aggregated sample on loan from a third party.

03

Real monetization

Your own Marketplace and point of sale. The tourist traffic you already have turns into sales for local businesses, with a 10-15% commission on what sells through the marketplace and a traceable record of every transaction.

The 7 modules

Seven modules, one ecosystem, public prices

Each module solves a specific management problem and is contracted separately, always on subscription. These are the list prices.

MÓDULO 01

Marketplace

Your destination already receives visitors who buy; today they buy on platforms that hand back neither a euro nor a data point. The marketplace sells experiences, tickets, products and services — your own and your partners' (hotels, shops, activities, events) — in a single storefront with a single checkout.

€750/month
MÓDULO 02

Point-of-sale software (POS)

Turns tourist offices, monuments and physical locations into digital points of sale: payment, ticketing, cash reconciliation and the full sales history in one place. Integrated in 15 days, with no complex hardware and no months of development.

€495/month + €50 per point of sale
MÓDULO 03

Plan My Trip

The visitor says who they are traveling with, what interests them, how many days they have and what budget they are working with, and gets back a route they can download, book and share. It spreads footfall towards areas nobody sets foot in today and takes visitors to businesses that sit outside the usual circuit. Hospitality Award 2021 at the Digital Enterprise Show.

€150/month
MÓDULO 04

Smart Calendar

The destination's cultural and events program in a single channel, updated by whoever manages it, with ticket sales built in. No more three different calendars and none of them up to date.

€100/month
MÓDULO 05

Local voice assistant

An AI assistant trained on your destination's own content that serves the visitor 24/7, answers complex questions and builds routes. It takes the load off the tourist office out of hours and in high season, and leaves you a record of what people actually ask.

€250/month
MÓDULO 06

Signage and interactive kiosks

Interactive kiosks, displays and QR codes at the points where the visitor already is, to move them from the saturated spot out into the rest of the destination. It is the piece that connects the street with the platform.

€100/month maintenance
MÓDULO 07

Business Intelligence

Dashboard and reports with all the data in the ecosystem: what gets searched, what sells, where, when and in which areas. It is what you take to the council session, the tourism board or the management board when the investment has to be justified.

Included with any module

Hardware costs for kiosks and displays are budgeted separately from maintenance and closed in the proposal, according to format and number of locations.

What it costs, said in full

Before you ask in the demo

We would rather the price conversation started already settled. This is everything there is.

€1,845/month

The full stack

That is the sum of the seven modules at base rate; each physical point of sale adds €50/month. Almost nobody starts here: the usual entry point is one module, between 100 and €750/month — 1,200 to €9,000 a year, to size the budget line — and the dashboard is included from the first one.

10-15%

Marketplace commission

On top of the subscription, the platform takes between 10% and 15% of the sales that go through the marketplace. Only on what sells: no sale, no commission. The exact percentage is set in the contract.

Case by case

The rate adjusts by volume, not by haggling

The price on this page is the reference rate, the one used to size a budget line. It moves on objective, verifiable criteria — number of modules, points of sale and contract term — and the criterion applied is written into the proposal. There is no friends-and-family price and no rate that depends on who is asking.

Annual subscription billed monthly, with no added lock-in: it renews — or does not — each year, with 60 days' notice. And if you leave, you take a full export of your data with you.

How you start

Each one works on its own. Together, they are an ecosystem.

Nobody contracts seven modules at once and we do not ask you to. You start with one: the one that solves the problem costing you most right now.

Start with the one that hurts

If the problem is that the destination captures none of what the visitor spends, you start with the marketplace. If it is the till at the tourist office and the monuments, with the POS. If it is overcrowding in one particular area, with Plan My Trip and signage.

Add the next one when the first is paying off

The modules share catalog, business listing and users. Adding the second is not a new project: it is switching on a piece over what is already built and loaded.

The dashboard is there from day one

Business Intelligence is included with any module. Even if you contract just one, from the first month you have data of the destination's own, not impressions.

The more ecosystem, the more complete the data: every new module feeds the same dashboard.

Live deployment · Ronda

In Ronda the platform has been running on the street for years

The starting point is the one shared by so many historic centers: activity concentrated around the Puente Nuevo and hundreds of local businesses that existed but never appeared on the visitor's route. The brief was not to make a guide to the city: it was to deploy the destination's platform.

  • More than 200 local businesses and offerings integrated into the platform
  • Interactive kiosks and QR signage at key points across the city
  • Eight points of sale running on the POS software
  • Cross-selling with hotels in the destination

Ronda is a paying client and the deployment is still in production.

What everyone asks

What is this really going to cost me?

The prices in the table are list prices and they are public. The seven modules together come to €1,845/month at base rate, plus €50/month for each physical point of sale. On top of the subscription there is a 10-15% commission on the sales that go through the marketplace, and only on what sells. Some clients have terms negotiated below list depending on scope, points of sale and term, so the final figure comes out of the proposal, not out of this page.

Do I have to rebuild my website or set up a development project?

No. The modules integrate into the website you already have, or deploy as a new platform if you would rather start from scratch. You need neither a technical team of your own nor to migrate your current website.

Does the visitor have to download an app?

No. Everything runs in the browser: from your website, from a QR code or from a kiosk. The app exists, but it is not a requirement for buying, planning or looking things up.

Who owns the data that gets generated?

The destination or the business that contracts it. The data comes from the public's real interaction with the platform — searches, routes, purchases, kiosk use — and comes back to you in a dashboard and in reports. And if the contract ends, you take a full export with you: the data stays yours.

Can I contract a single module?

Yes, and it is the norm. Each module works on its own, on subscription, and Business Intelligence is included from the first one. The rest get added when the first is paying off.

How long does it take to get it running?

The POS software is integrated in 15 days: it connects to your catalog and operates, with no complex hardware. The remaining modules are scoped in the proposal according to the catalog to be loaded — we give you a firm date there, not before.

Who else is this working for?

Ronda is the reference deployment: more than 200 local businesses integrated, kiosks, QR signage and eight points of sale, under an active contract since 2022. The project is part of SEGITTUR and of the DTI Smart Tourism Destinations network, went through the Costa del Sol Tourism Hub accelerator, holds agreements with ICEX and ITH and has been presented at FITUR. In the demo we show you the Ronda deployment live, with its real sales data — we show it live, we do not publish it.

What do local businesses have to do to be in it? Do they pay to appear?

They do not pay. No business pays discoolver to be on its destination's platform, or to appear higher in a route or a listing: positions are not for sale here. The buyer is the destination, the accommodation or the agency, and what they buy is technology. Who gets into the marketplace, and on what criteria, is decided by the destination, not by us, and onboarding local businesses is part of the deployment, not a separate project — the initial catalog load is done by discoolver. The only thing charged is the 10-15% commission on a sale actually closed: no sale, no charge. It is the same rule we apply in discoolver's traveler brand, where there are no paid rankings either.

We are a public authority. How is this procured?

As a service on an annual subscription billed monthly — operating expenditure, not investment or bespoke development: there is no technology asset to amortize. The per-module amounts are public and are on this page, so the budget line can be sized in euros per financial year before you sit down with us. We already work with public authorities — Ronda has been an active client since 2022 — and we support the body in preparing the technical and financial documentation its procedure requires. The specific public procurement route is determined by your contracting authority, with the subject matter and the amount in front of it; if you need the fit for your procurement file, tell us in the demo and we will send it to you in writing.

What languages does it serve the visitor in?

The traveler platform works today in Spanish, English and French. If your destination needs another language — co-official or from a source market — tell us in the demo: it is one of the first things scoped in the proposal.

Half an hour, your destination on the table

A 30-minute demo, no commitment, with the platform running and the Ronda deployment open. We come out of it with a recommendation on which module to start with in your case, and what it costs.

Someone from the team replies, not an automated form. If you would rather write first, that works too.
